New Zealand, Waipu CavesThis picture can only be taken every 167 years since it is the blue blood moon. I woke up at 5am and went outside and set up my tripod and captured one of the greatest pictures I have ever taken. My hand was shaking as I set the camera on the tripod. It was like 40 degrees outside and I was literally in my boxers and a shirt. The stars in the background made it even better and the moon was just doggone the most amazing! Easter cave at sundownBlood Red Moon May 26, 2021Orion the Huntersilhouette of cat under cloudy skyNight exploration of the ice cave. Tourists come to check this glacier and icecave in the daytime, which means nobody is around at night. This time i was also lucky and northern lights were turned on. Unluckily the wind was strong and it blew snow all around from the glacier…also on the camera and lens (which can be seen on the top part of the picture..3 circles). White balance was set on cloudy, so blue came out. There was some tweaking of the exposure, shadows and clarity, but mainly this is it. Looks like a fairy-tail. Thank you Tomas, for pressing the button on the camera :) .
